1. Business Information

Flourish Styling Collective operates under Riot Girls, LLC registered in Pennsylvania.

2. Purchases & Payments

All sales of digital products are final. Customers must ensure they have the appropriate software to access and view digital files before purchasing.

3. Prohibited Uses

By purchasing from us, you agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our digital style guides
• Share our digital products with others without permission
• Modify, copy, or claim our content as your own

Unauthorized Use & Distribution

All digital products, including style guides and other downloadable content, are the intellectual property of Flourish Styling Collective. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or modification of our digital products, whether in part or in full, is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized sharing or resale of our digital products will be considered a violation of copyright law. We actively monitor for copyright infringement, and violators may be subject to legal action, including but not limited to cease and desist orders, monetary damages, and other remedies as permitted by law.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of our materials, please report it to hello@flourishstyling.co.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us at hello@flourishstyling.co so we can resolve the issue directly.

If necessary, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in Pennsylvania in accordance with Pennsylvania's laws.

5. Intellectual Property Notice

All content, including text, images, and digital products, are the intellectual property of Flourish Styling Collective. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
